Our Namesake

We are named after one of the nicest lakes in Ohio, Caesar Creek Lake, located near the home of our founder.

Management

Kevin Hoffer – Founder and President

Kevin has over 30 years of software development experience. He founded Caesar Creek Software, Inc. in 1998 and was the principal developer of the company’s credibility assessment products. Kevin oversees all daily operations, including security, accounting, finance, marketing, human resources, and new business development. Since its founding, Caesar Creek Software has grown into a trusted provider of software development and cybersecurity solutions for private enterprises and government institutions nationwide. Prior to founding Caesar Creek Software, Kevin worked at Lockheed Missiles and Space Company in Sunnyvale, California and Northrop Grumman Xetron in Cincinnati, Ohio. He founded One Zero Technologies in 1996, which morphed into Caesar Creek Software two years later. Kevin has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from The Ohio State University and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Cincinnati.

Darla Prevish – Senior Vice President for Finance

Darla, an accountant with over 30 years of experience, joined the Caesar Creek Software team in July 2020 as their CFO and Treasurer.  She is responsible for all the company’s accounting, finance, tax, treasury, business insurance, and 401K Plan matters.  Darla is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a Notary Public with the State of Ohio, maintains a Chartered Global Management Accountant credential, and holds an inactive Certified Internal Auditor certificate.  She received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Dayton, Master of Business Administration from Xavier University.
